The Process
The process is simple! You’ll place an order online, I’ll send you a shipping label [with tracking] within 48 hours to send me your photos & documents.
You’ll mail your photos to my studio with the provided label [you’ll print it yourself], and I’ll get to work archiving your family heirloom memories once the order arrives to me.
Once your digital file folder or usb thumb drive is ready, I’ll email you a link to your digital archive, and mail your photos & documents back.

Includes scans of up to 50 individual photos and documents up to 8.5×11” [printer paper size], plus shipping label and a digital file of your scans.
Additional scans are $1/piece. [Please have an accurate count at checkout]

This optional upgrade still includes up to 50 scans but also comes with a USB thumb drive. You can opt for a digital file only of your scans by choosing the Basic Scanning Service [$55]

Add as many scans as you’d like, my minimum flat rate is $50 for up to 50 photos or documents and $1 for each additional after.
*Please note, each side of a document counts as an individual scan. For example, if you would like scans of writing on the back of photos, you will need to add an additional scan.
Processing Time
After You Place Your Order
I’ll email within 48 hours a shipping label with tracking to send your photos into my studio.
Once Your Order Arrives
One your order arrives at my studio, please allow 5-7 business days to complete your scans. You will be emailed when your digital file is ready to be viewed.
I’ll Mail Back Your Items
Once your digital file is uploaded, I’ll mail your items back to you with tracking.

An Archivist by Nature
As an artist and photographer, my scanner is an integral part of my archiving and presentation of my work in the digital worlds.
My scanner has also allowed me to digitally archive and safeguard my family’s heirloom documents and photos. I’ve scanned everything from old photos to recipes in non-english, old book covers, letters and postcards. It’s a joy and honor to archive the funny, beautiful, and obscure parts of my family memory, and I enjoy providing that as a service to clients.
