We found an abandoned building in Belleville, now we’re on a mission to restore and rehabilitate it into a creative arts gathering space.

We are Eric and Ash P., local creatives who have a passion and vision to rehabilitate an abandoned building into a creative arts gathering space in Belleville, Illinois.

This is NOT a quick fix project, and we are anticipating it will take a LOT…. BUT-- with the ongoing support of our community, we truly believe we can turn a property into a multi-purposed, multi-functional, evolving creative arts space for Belleville. And we have to start somewhere, so here we are!

Here’s the deal…we’re not big shot property developers. We live five minutes down the street. Our dream is to manage a creative environment and help revitalize our city, but a bank is not going to see the potential we see, and we know that. So we’re asking for our community’s help us fundraise to get the building occupancy compliant with the City. This includes:

Floor repair on both levels
ADA compliant bathroom
Electrical up to code
Facade Repair

The estimate for the work is $80,000…

We can’t even begin to do that alone, not by a long shot. But we believe we can fundraise and do it together!
