Vendor Fee & Due Date
The vendor fee to participate at the market is $75 per 10x10ft space for each event date. As first round vendors you are able to reserve a booth space at both events [May and August].
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Indie Market is hosted outdoors in downtown Belleville, Illinois. We will only postpone the event in cases of extreme hazardous weather. In which case the event will be rescheduled for the next day, Sunday.
Your vendor fee includes:
-Your allotted space
-A link to your brand on the market website
-Promotion on the socials & on the event page
-Ability to post about your participation & what you offer in the Indie Market’s Facebook group at any time
-Access to the vendor portal, which is an area on my website where I store all the market info, tips, resources, and info about Belleville

PAYMENT DUE DATE:
Please have your vendor fee paid by MARCH 28, 2025 to participate. Your spot is NOT guaranteed until this payment is received.
After March 28, the link you were emailed as well as the link below will not work.
